Rhode Island Envirothon
On March 19th Lesley Lambert gave a presentation to the RI Envirothon group about how NBEP helps to monitor the Bay. This presentation was part of the RIDEM "WQ Boot Camp" training program for waste water treatment facility staff. The presentation provides an overview of water quality conditions in Narragansett Bay.

Oceans A La Carte
This was the keynote presentation for Oceans à la Carte: A Workshop for K-12 Educators put on by the URI Office of Marine Programs “A Changing World: A Changing Bay? Water Quality Conditions in Narragansett Bay and Potential Climate-Driven Concerns.” covers many of the key water quality issues that presently exist in Narragansett Bay and discuss some of the troubling recent changes in climate and how they may be enhancing negative water quality impacts in the Bay.

Biological Condition Gradient
This presentation was given at the biological condition gradient workshop hosted by NBEP and the US EPA Atlantic Ecology Division.

Brown University Presentation
2010 Invited guest presentation at Dr Warren Prell's Brown University course on Estuarine Oceanography. It provides an overview of Bay pollution issues, especially concentrating on nutrient impacts such as hypoxia and loss of eelgrass.

Monitoring for Adaptive Management
This was presented at the 2010 Association of National Estuary Program Tech-Transfer Meeting in Punta Gorda, Florida in November. It provides an overview of NBEP's monitoring program to date, as well as information provided from other researchers.
