"I happened to go to a re-enactment of an 1860's picnic given by the Friends of Hearthside Homestead in Lincoln R.I. on Saturday. It was such a joy to see what Rhode Islanders use to do on their time off, when neighbors met neighbors to enjoy the day. The children there had toys of the times and the setting was perfect. There tour of the house and there was a donation of three dollars but people could walk around and take photos for free in the yard and there were plenty to enjoy the day." Jeffery Fraise
